Full-time position.  Contacts prospective customers to sell chemicals that treat water in boilers, cooling towers, and air wash systems: Schedules appointment to explain products and services available, inspects customer water system equipment, and prepares service estimates. Obtains sample of water to be analyzed, and ships sample to home office for analysis. The Vincit Group – Director of Sourcing [Posted 4/6/12]

Full-time, 1st shift, Monday-Friday.  US-TN-Chattanooga.  Requires occasional travel (25%-50%).  Sourcing Director will lead and direct the Sourcing activities for the Group, including directing, mentoring and managing a team of individuals, located in each member company within the Group, to ensure the levels and quality of materials are available within budget and time constraints while following policies, procedures and guidelines.   This position will work closely with the VPs for each company, identifying requirements, analyzing spend patterns to identify areas for potential savings, risk mitigation and to develop sourcing opportunities.  Performs strategic sourcing initiatives and identifies otherwise “lost” opportunities by establishing high-level relationships across the Group.  Description The Food Safety Field Manager will:

  • Manage a work force of 25-50+ employees Be responsible for hiring and employment administration
  • Manage a work force to ensure that food processing equipment is sanitized daily in accordance with Company, Plant and USDA regulations
  • Ensure safe work practices are utilized
  • Meet regularly with customers and USDA inspectors Submit payroll and benefits information weekly

Requirements The successful candidate:

  • Will have at least 3 years of supervisor/personnel management experience (preferably in the food safety - sanitation industry)
  • Must have a verifiable history of supervisory/management experience Will have excellent organizational skills
  • Will have excellent communication and skills
  • Preferably will be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Will possess a high school diploma (some college experience is preferred)
  • Must be drug-free
  • Will present a neat and clean appearance and will have the ability to professionally represent our Company to our Customers
  • Must be a self-starter and work productively with little supervision Will have good computer skills Must be able to work third shift
