Our Proven FOAMA-fill Process


foama fill Our Compact and Portable Foaming Unit facilitates the process we use to clean Total Evaporation from your tower fill even when your towers may be in difficult access areas.


We do not utilize high pressure sprayers which may disintegrate or damage the brittle, plastic fill material. Instead, we gently apply a thick layer of our foaming solvent directly to the affected areas of the tower fill, allow sufficient contact time to dissolve deposits and then rinse.  For the heaviest deposits, we will make additional applications of foam until the deposits are cleaned to your complete satisfaction.

As part of our service, we will both drain and rinse your tower sump to remove silt and debris, or use our “Tower Vac” system to remove deposits “on-line” as you operate. If your cooling tower has Air Inlet Louvers that have become fouled with mineral deposits we can also foam these to dissolve the buildup that may be impeding proper airflow to your tower.

If, at the completion of our service, we have not achieved the objectives outlined and agreed prior to the cleaning process, TCS will immediately address and re-clean any areas you deem to be unsatisfactory or you will not be expected to pay the full cost of the services provided.
