Plant Sanitation Manager
Classification: Full Time – Permanent
QSI, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Vincit Group is seeking a full-time, experienced Food Safety Field Manager in various locations in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States.These are full-time employee positions.
Our customers include some of the most prestigious and well known food brands in the world and we protect their brand names by ensuring that their products are free from bacteria that could contaminate the nation’s food supply.
Privately held and headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee with distribution centers strategically located throughout the nation, we are a national leader in Food Safety.
Description The Food Safety Field Manager will:
- Manage a work force of 25-50+ employees Be responsible for hiring and employment administration
- Manage a work force to ensure that food processing equipment is sanitized daily in accordance with Company, Plant and USDA regulations
- Ensure safe work practices are utilized
- Meet regularly with customers and USDA inspectors Submit payroll and benefits information weekly
- Maintain inventory and order replacement detergents and sanitizing chemicals Possess basic computer skills
- Work late hours (3rd Shift)
- Be motivated and be a self-starter Maintain regular contact with his/her Area Manager
Requirements The successful candidate:
- Will have at least 3 years of supervisor/personnel management experience (preferably in the food safety - sanitation industry)
- Must have a verifiable history of supervisory/management experience Will have excellent organizational skills
- Will have excellent communication and skills
- Preferably will be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Will possess a high school diploma (some college experience is preferred)
- Must be drug-free
- Will present a neat and clean appearance and will have the ability to professionally represent our Company to our Customers
- Must be a self-starter and work productively with little supervision Will have good computer skills Must be able to work third shift
Pay and Benefits The successful candidate will receive:
- Salary DOQ
- Semi-Annual performance based bonuses up to 20% of annual salary

Sales Territory Manager
Classification: Full Time – Permanent Zee Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Vincit Group is seeking a full-time, Sales Territory Manager in the South Central Pennsylvania Area. Zee Company is a leader in the production of industrial strength detergents, disinfectants, sanitizers, food-grade lubricants and deodorizers for use in the sanitation processes at food and beverage processing facilities.Description The Sales Territory Manager will:
- Market an established and growing division of our business
- Be responsible to increase our market share of the territory assigned
- Provide service to existing and new accounts
- Have established, verifiable outside sales experience with a primary focus on food processing supplies and/or equipment
Requirements The successful candidate:
- Will Work with customers to identify and implement solutions that improve plant efficiencies in Sanitation and Safety
- Assist customers with Standard Operating Procedures and employee training
- Prepare and deliver presentations on Zee Products, Services and Business Reviews
- Manage chemical applications and concentrations to assure effectiveness
- Be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory
- Be at least 21 years of age with an acceptable Motor Vechicle Record and current driver’s license
- Will have at least 3 years of supervisor/personnel management experience (preferably in the food safety - sanitation industry)
