Blended PAA formulations first received FDA approval as an antimicrobial agent for direct food contact on September 19, 2001 in article 21CFR 173.370. The Microtox Antimicrobial Program is a safe and effective non-chlorine treatment alternative for in-line process applications. Microtox and Microtox P are easy to use and do not require large capital investments.
