MICROTOX: Your complete antimicrobial solution

The Microtox Program utilizes our safe and effective peracetic acid formulation for ultimate antimicrobial control in your in-line processes.

Microtox is economical, easy-to-use, and only requires a simple dilution. Diluted solutions of peracetic acid are more stable than ozone, chlorine, and chlorine dioxide. Increased stability leads to consistent results.

The automated equipment used in the Microtox Program reduces the chance of human error, making it the safest and most economical antimicrobial protection available.

Organic acids like acetic acid and lactic acid have historically been used to provide antimicrobial protection. More recently, chlorine dioxide and other oxidizers have been introduced, but with drawbacks.

ASCend: Better chemistry, better pathogen control.

ASCend is a USDA-approved antimicrobial intervention chemistry that can be directly applied to poultry, beef and other meat products. It uses a blended reaction to create Acidified Sodium Chlorite (ASC), which is the reaction product of sodium chlorite and a Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) acid.

The ASCend chemistry has proved to rid pathogens such as E. coli and Salmonella at incredibly high rates. In fact, our clients’ pathogen elimination levels typically reach Category 1 results, which means peace of mind for you and your customers. We can also administer an organic program for your facility, if needed.
