The Vincit Group
The Heart of Vincit
These are the Vincit Values.
Without them, our organization wouldn’t exist and our vision would never be attainable. They guide us and govern us—on and off the clock.
The Vision
We envision a world in which human beings reach their full potential by bringing earth and industry into balance, a world in which everyone cherishes the gift of the earth enough to do whatever little (and big) things they can to preserve it and everything in it.
Our pursuit of a cleaner earth isn’t just about the water or the trees or the soil or the grass or the air. It’s about our families. It’s about our lives and all the wonderful things we love to do on this earth that make our lives fulfilling. If we forget about sustainability, we forget about the things we cherish the most—that’s why it’s important.

Vertical Integration
Our Personal Economy of Ideas.
The concept of Vertical Integration is simple:
Create a system of business in which every expert is allowed to focus on his or her expertise.
We built an organization with 8 member companies. All of them, in one way or another, assist the others in providing excellent products and services to you, our client.
The result is a community of shared experience and innovation that requires one thing only from its members—
Focus on what you do best. Maximize your potential. And when you need help, just ask.
On this website you’ll learn all about Vincit, its member companies, and how they all work together, through Vertical Integration, to deliver products and services to you that you will not find anywhere else.

Vincit History.
Everything began with Zee Company.
Zee Company was started in 1968 by John Zott. Mr. Zott had worked in the chemical industry for some years and found a way to improve the removal of “Hard Hair” in hog processing. He started the company with this product as his differentiator.
Zee Company began to expand its product line in the early 80’s, but remained focused primarily on chemicals used in the food industry as their target market. Through the 80’s and early 90’s, the ranks of Zee Company grew from four to fourteen.
In 1993, at the request of Zee Company’s largest client, the organization was thrust into the sanitation outsourcing arena, and QSI was born.
Following the establishment of QSI and the continued demand for its sanitation services, several regional competitors to Zee Company understood that together we would be stronger than apart. These regional players joined the Zee/QSI team and helped expand our products and services into other protein markets.
Additional acquisitions during this period led to the incorporation of some key supply-chain partners which expanded the breadth of the organization’s core competencies, leading to enhanced service capabilities for our clients.
As a result, Vincit was born.
Today, the Vincit Group has 8 companies that collectively comprise three main categories of service:
Chemistries, Sanitation, and Engineering
In the last 20 years, our organization has expanded its reach to include 22 other industry segments, but we are still focused on the industry segment where it all began—the food industry.
We have come to understand the value both we and our client gain from the diverse nature of industry segments we serve and the creativity and innovation that flows between these industry segments.
